Mechanical Jack

As a student in Columbia University's Introduction to Machining class (taught by Robert Stark), I fabricated a mechanical jack. I mainly utilized a mill and a lathe (using both CNC fabrication and manual operation), along with a band saw, drill press, sander, and thread taps. I designed the base of the jack to resemble a Lego piece and manufactured it with a laser cutter and acrylic glue.
